The Defigo Webadmin simplifies access administration tasks for the Building Manager, by allowing for remote building management.
The Defigo Webadmin is designed to make the Building Manager’s job easier by reducing administration to a minimum, and helping to completely eradicate manual administration tasks.
The Defigo Webadmin is intuitive and has a user-friendly interface. When getting started with Defigo, the Building Manager will be given a login for the Defigo Webadmin by our Customer Success team.
The Defigo Webadmin allows you to add and remove tenant access from the building in real time, amongst many other administrative tasks.
The Defigo Webadmin is a web-based administration portal for the Building Manager to have an in-depth overview of who has access to the property and more.
When getting started with Defigo, the Building Manager will provide the Defigo Customer Success team with a list of the building’s tenants. These tenants will be added into Webadmin and be given login credentials to the Defigo app. After this initial setup, the Building Manager will take over and be responsible for adding and removing tenants moving forward.
Building Manager
Building Managers can use the Defigo Webadmin for many administrative tasks. The most common administrative task which they will be doing is adding or removing tenant access. This will need to be done whenever a tenant moves into the building or moves out of the building. It’s important to make sure that all the tenants know who to contact when these changes are to be made.
Building Managers can also do other administrative tasks in Defigo Webadmin. For instance, they can assign roles to tenants. Say, for example, that the building is a Multifamily Building, the Building Manager can assign an apartment owner as a unit owner, which means that they can decide to add a group button or decide in what order the tenants in the apartment get called when a visitor is at the door.
In addition to this, they can schedule automatic door opening for the building, control which settings are visible on the Home Station for Defigo Elite users, add & remove AccessKeys, and change the name on the Defigo Connect Panel.
It’s also worth bearing in mind that there are an unlimited number of tenants that can be managed in Webadmin, and that Building Managers can oversee multiple properties in Webadmin.
