The Defigo Home Station is an add-on product available to those who want a permanent hub in their office or apartment to answer visitor calls. 

The Defigo Home Station can be hung up on a wall using the kit which is provided in the box, or it can be placed on a table using the table stand, which is available for purchase. 

Designed with all tenants in mind, regardless of age or technical ability, the Defigo Home Station features a large HD touch screen, adjustable volume, speakers, a microphone and the option to use a hearing aid.

How does it work?

Visitor management

The Defigo Home Station enables tenants to answer calls from visitors inside their office or apartment, and open the door to the building. It can be used instead of, or in addition to the Defigo app.

When a visitor taps a tenant’s call button on the Defigo Connect Panel, the tenant receives a notification on their Defigo Home Station. The notification allows them to decline the call or to answer the call which then leads them to a live video stream of the visitor. The tenant can see the visitor (the visitor cannot see the tenant), and they can communicate before the tenant either ends the call or grants the visitor access into the building.

Building Manager

The Building Manager has little to do with the Defigo Home Station unless it is set up for ‘Defigo Elite’.

‍

Defigo Elite was designed with elderly or analog tenants in mind, and features a stripped back interface with minimal options.  

The Building Manager is able to control what settings the tenant is able to see, and can also alter the settings on their behalf. The settings include such things as volume control, screen brightness, ringtone sound and more.

The Building Manager can alter the settings and setup of the Defigo Elite Home Station from Defigo Webadmin.
