Tenant Access

The Smart Reader is perfect for streamlining access throughout the whole building. For tenants, the Smart Reader makes accessing communal doors convenient, as they no longer have to take with them several keys when moving through the building. 

The Smart Reader allows tenants to access communal doors using the Defigo app or a Defigo AccessKey, the same way they can enter the main entrance of their building. This allows tenants to easily navigate the building without the need for physical keys.

Building Manager

The Smart Reader also makes the life of the Building Manager easier. Instead of ensuring that each new tenant gets a key to every communal part of the building, or collecting keys from tenants that move out, they can add and remove access in Webadmin. 

Access will be granted/removed in real time, which means that tenants will be able to see the Smart Reader in their Defigo app almost instantly. 

By being able to manage the Smart Reader in Webadmin, the Building Manager is able to oversee exactly who has access to which parts of the building. For office buildings, for instance, the Smart Reader can be used to keep rooms or parts of the building restricted.
