Getting a call from +47 23 50 69 53? Don't worry! It's the intercom in your building. Someone is at the entrance and has rung your doorbell.
When someone rings, Defigo first tries to call you in the app. If you don't have the app, or the app can't reach you, we call you as a normal phone call instead.
The number depends on where your building is:
How to answer
- Answer the call. You can talk to the person at the door.
- Press 5 on your phone to open the door.
- Don't want to let them in? Just hang up.
Tip: Save the number as "Defigo intercom" in your contacts, so you know who's calling next time.
Why isn't the app ringing?
The app always rings first, and the phone call is a backup. That's why the call can take a little while to come through. If you'd rather the intercom always calls you as a normal phone call, we can switch that on for you. Just get in touch.
