Defigo Connect is built to be convenient and easy to use whether you are a visitor, a tenant or a Building Manager. But that doesn’t mean things don’t go wrong, or that you won’t have further questions about your Defigo Connect system. 

This is why we have our support team ready to help you out if you have any questions. 

Here is how you can receive support:  

  1. The Defigo Knowledge Base

If you have any questions, we recommend that your first stop should be visiting the Defigo Knowledge Base.

The Knowledge Base is continually updated with useful articles and videos about how to use Defigo Connect. It covers frequently asked questions, how to guides and more. 

(You can also check through more of our Helpful Articles on the website, as they might give you the information you are looking for.)

  1. Submitting a support ticket

If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the Defigo Knowledge Base, we recommend submitting a ticket with our Support team. While we don’t have 24/7 support just yet, you can still expect a prompt response to your query. 

Website: You can submit a support ticket through our main website (getdefigo.com). Simply click on ‘Support’ and then choose ‘Create ticket’ in the bottom right hand corner. Here you can write your inquiry. We encourage you to give as much detail as possible in this message so that our support team can understand exactly what you need, and can therefore offer you the quickest support possible. 

Submitting a support ticket can be done in multiple ways:: You can also submit a support ticket through the Defigo app. Go to the app, tap on ‘Settings’, ‘Help’ and then ‘Contact us’. You can then choose whether you want to receive help via text or via email. In the ‘Description’ box, write your query with as much detail as possible, and click ‘Request Support’. You will then hear from the support team as soon as possible.

  1. Chat Bot


If you have a question, why not try out our chat bot in our Knowledge Base? The chat bot has been trained on our manuals and documentation and should be able to answer simple questions about the Defigo Connect system. 

Note that the chat bot is a bot, so might not be able to answer complex questions. When the bot cannot answer your question, it will help you to submit a support ticket.
